This policy compensates the Insured against all claims made during the Period of Insurance which the Insured shall become legally liable to pay in respect of accidental death of or bodily injury (including illness) to any person; and/or accidental loss of or damage to tangible property arising from anything harmful or defective in any products manufactured, assembled, processed, modified, repaired, serviced, altered, labelled, handled, sold or supplied by or through the Insured in the course of or in connection with the insured’s business and the defective condition of the containers of such products
